Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard through paypal.com as well as checks and Postal orders. We are unable to accept credit cards if postal address on card does not match shipping address. You can contact your credit card company by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card to have your shipping address added. E-Marketing Business Solutions requires this info in order to protect our customers from credit card fraud.

Warranties

E-Marketing Business Solutions does not warrant other manufacturer's products sold online. The products are the limited warranties of their respective original manufacturers or publishers.

All new products are sold with the manufacturers limited warranty.

Return Policies

Items purchased from E-Marketing Business Solutions and returned within 14 days from date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for refund or exchange, except shipping and handling fees. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after 14 days from date of purchase. Some items may not be returned. All items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals, UPC code and accessories.

An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged for the exact same item, this fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.

Opened software and DVD's etc. may only be exchanged for identical items and may not be returned for refund.
